Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you may pause your membership for up to 2 months per year with 14 days advance notice. Monthly services do not accrue during the pause period.
What happens to unused services?
Blissful and Serene Elite members can roll over one unused monthly service to the following month (maximum of 2 stored). Tranquil members may upgrade unused services to product credits.
Can I share my membership benefits?
Membership services are non-transferable, but you may bring guests at member-discounted rates. Serene Elite members receive complimentary guest passes.
How do I cancel my membership?
Simply provide 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Any remaining benefits can be used during your final 30 days.
