Welcome to Serenity Spa & Wellness. By booking an appointment, purchasing services or products, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointment Policies

Booking

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Your card will not be charged until services are rendered unless otherwise specified.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your relaxation experience. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to accommodate subsequent appointments, with full charges applying.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of service cost
• No-shows without prior notice: 100% of service cost
• Spa packages and special promotions may have different cancellation policies as specified at booking

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may incur fees.

2. Service Policies

Health Considerations

For your safety and the best possible experience, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancies before your treatment. Some services may not be appropriate for certain health conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful to your health.

Age Requirements

Guests must be 18 years or older for most spa services. Minors (ages 13-17) may receive select services with written parental consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under 13 are not permitted in spa areas.

Spa Etiquette

• Please silence mobile devices in all spa areas
• Speak softly to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests
• Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort
• Alcohol is not permitted before spa treatments
• Photography is not allowed in treatment or relaxation areas

3. Payment Terms

We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and Serenity gift cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added to all services and retail purchases.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in service prices and are at your discretion. Industry standard is 15-20% for satisfactory service. Gratuities can be added to your bill or given directly to your therapist.

4. Membership Terms

• Memberships are billed monthly on the date of enrollment
• Monthly benefits are non-transferable
• Membership may be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• Unused monthly services may roll over per membership tier rules
• Membership rates are subject to annual adjustment with 60 days notice
• Member discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified

5. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value
• Gift cards never expire
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced
• Gift cards can be used for services and retail products
• Gift cards cannot be used for gratuities

6. Liability

Serenity Spa & Wellness is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Secure lockers are provided for your convenience. Valuables should not be brought into the spa.

By receiving services, you acknowledge that spa treatments involve inherent risks. You agree to hold Serenity Spa & Wellness, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims arising from your spa visit, except in cases of gross negligence.

7. Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any service, please notify us immediately so we may address your concerns. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase in original, unopened condition with receipt.

8. Website Terms

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our website without notice. Online booking is subject to confirmation. Prices and availability shown online may differ from in-spa offerings.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
